10Botics Tutor Privacy Policy

This policy explains how 10Botics Ltd (“10Botics”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores and protects personal data through the 10Botics Tutor mobile application and related tutor services. It also serves as a Personal Information Collection Statement under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong.

本政策說明 10Botics Ltd（「10Botics」、「本公司」或「我們」）如何透過 10Botics Tutor 流動應用程式及相關導師服務收集、使用、儲存及保障個人資料， 並構成香港《個人資料（私隱）條例》下的個人資料收集聲明。

1. Data we collect / 我們收集的資料

• Third-party sign-in identity, including name, email address and account identifier／第三方登入身份資料，包括姓名、電郵地址及帳戶識別碼
• Contact and profile details, residential address and language preferences／聯絡及個人資料、住址及語言偏好
• Hong Kong Identity Card information and copy, recent photograph and eligibility documents／香港身份證資料及副本、近照及資格證明文件
• Education, qualifications, teaching experience and employment or freelancer status／教育程度、資歷、教學經驗及僱傭或自由工作者狀況
• Bank, payment and account-holder information used to arrange payments／用於安排付款的銀行、付款及戶口持有人資料
• Emergency-contact name, relationship and telephone number／緊急聯絡人的姓名、關係及電話號碼
• Teaching opportunities, applications, lesson assignments, attendance and agreement records／教學機會、申請、課堂安排、出席及協議紀錄
• Precise device location and time when a tutor performs a lesson check-in／導師進行課堂簽到時的裝置精確位置及時間

2. Why we use the data / 資料用途

3. Whether providing data is obligatory / 是否必須提供資料

Fields marked as required, identity and eligibility documents, payment information needed for payment, and location at the time of check-in are obligatory for the relevant function. If they are not provided, we may be unable to complete onboarding, confirm eligibility, arrange payment or verify attendance. Notification permission is optional.

標示為必填的欄位、身份及資格文件、付款所需資料，以及簽到時的位置資料，均為使用相關功能所必須。 如不提供，我們可能無法完成登記、確認資格、安排付款或核實出席。通知權限則屬自願提供。

4. Disclosure and service providers / 披露及服務供應商

Personal data is accessible only where reasonably necessary. It may be disclosed to authorised 10Botics personnel, relevant schools or customers for lesson administration, professional advisers, insurers, banks or payment providers, and competent authorities where required by law. We also use service providers for identity verification, notifications, cloud hosting, storage and other functions supporting the app. They process data subject to contractual, technical or legal safeguards.

個人資料只會在合理需要的情況下供有關人士使用，並可能披露予獲授權的 10Botics 人員、 為管理課堂而需要資料的相關學校或客戶、專業顧問、保險公司、銀行或付款服務供應商， 以及法律要求下的主管機關。我們亦使用提供身份驗證、通知、雲端主機、儲存及 其他應用程式支援功能的服務供應商。 有關資料處理受合約、技術或法律保障約束。

5. Cross-border processing / 跨境處理

Some service providers may process or store data outside Hong Kong. We take reasonable steps to select reputable providers and apply appropriate safeguards to such transfers.

部分服務供應商可能在香港境外處理或儲存資料。我們會採取合理措施選用信譽良好的供應商， 並為有關資料轉移採取適當保障。

6. Retention / 資料保留

We retain data for as long as reasonably necessary for tutor administration and the purposes described above. Agreement, payment, lesson, attendance, safeguarding, dispute and audit records may be retained after access is closed where necessary for contractual, accounting, tax, insurance, security or legal purposes. Data no longer required will be securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with our retention practices.

我們會在合理所需期間內保留資料，以管理導師及達成上述用途。帳戶存取權關閉後， 如為合約、會計、稅務、保險、安全或法律用途所需，本公司仍可能保留協議、付款、課堂、 出席、保障、爭議及審計紀錄。不再需要的資料將按本公司的保留安排安全刪除或匿名化。

7. Security / 資料安全

We use reasonable administrative, access-control and technical measures to protect personal data. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure; users should protect their sign-in account and immediately report suspected misuse.

我們採用合理的行政、存取控制及技術措施保障個人資料。任何互聯網或儲存系統均不能保證絕對安全； 使用者應妥善保護其登入帳戶，並立即報告任何懷疑濫用情況。

8. Access, correction and account deletion / 查閱、更正及刪除帳戶

You may request access to or correction of personal data in accordance with applicable law. You may also request deletion of your app account and associated personal data. Some business records may be retained where reasonably required for contractual, payment, accounting, tax, insurance, safeguarding, dispute, security or legal purposes. 你可根據適用法律要求查閱或更正個人資料，亦可要求刪除應用程式帳戶及相關個人資料。 如因合約、付款、會計、稅務、保險、保障、爭議、安全或法律用途而合理需要， 本公司可能保留部分業務紀錄。詳情請參閱帳戶刪除頁面。

We may update this policy when the app, our practices or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will be published on this page.
