Delete your 10Botics Tutor account

10Botics Tutor is a business application for tutors and other service providers providing services through 10Botics Ltd. You may request deletion of your app account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request deletion / 如何提出刪除要求

Email info@10botics.com from the Google email address used to sign in. Use the subject “10Botics Tutor account deletion request” and include your full name. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.

Data deleted / 將會刪除的資料

• Your app account will be disabled and you will no longer be able to sign in or access lessons and opportunities.／你的應用程式帳戶將被停用，並不能再登入或存取課堂及教學機會。
• Profile and contact details, residential address, identity and eligibility documents, recent photograph, emergency-contact information, notification tokens and other account data that are no longer required will be deleted or anonymised.／不再需要的個人及聯絡資料、住址、身份及資格證明文件、近照、緊急聯絡人資料、通知識別碼及其他帳戶資料將被刪除或匿名化。
• Pending applications may be withdrawn or cancelled where appropriate.／尚未處理的申請可能會按情況被撤回或取消。

Data that may be retained / 可能保留的資料

Deletion does not cancel obligations, payments, agreements or assignments already incurred. Agreement, payment, accounting, tax, lesson, attendance, safeguarding, dispute, security and audit records may be retained where reasonably required for contractual, legal or regulatory purposes. These records are generally retained for no longer than seven years after the relevant transaction or relationship ends, unless a longer period is required by law, legal proceedings or an active dispute. Retained records will not be used to provide continued app access.
